One of the monastery’s greatest treasures is the iconostasis, an intricately carved wooden screen. It was created by the renowned craftsman Petre Filipovski – Garkata from the village of Gari. This iconostasis is considered one of the finest examples of woodcarving in the Orthodox Christian world.
The monastery is also home to a significant collection of holy relics. These include relics of John the Baptist, Clement of Ohrid, Lazarus of Bethany, Saint Stephen, Saint Nicholas, Saint Barbara, Paraskevi of Rome, Saint Tryphon, Respicius, Nympha, and a piece of the Holy Cross.
Another precious item is an ancient icon from 1020, believed to possess miraculous healing powers. Pilgrims and visitors alike come to pray and seek spiritual comfort in this sacred place.
